IoT Wallet

After you’ve selected the pricing that works best for you, all there’s left to do is top-up your IoT Wallet.

Rather than working with contracts, we provide an IoT Wallet, ensuring flexibility and cost control. SIMs are pooled and their usage is deducted from the wallet credit. Through the SIM Management Platform you can view your wallet credit, monitor and limit your SIMs data usage and set alerts. Your credit is automatically charged with your SIMs actual data usage (kB). This way you never buy more data than you need or have costly overage.

Our solution is futureproof: in case your business model changes, we can change with you. Scale your base up/down or switch to a different billing method.

Conditions at a glance

Activation

  • SIMs are shipped ready-to-use and are considered activated after the 1st kB is used.
  • After purchase, you can take up to one year to activate the SIM.
  • For billing purposes, the activation date of a SIM card is the first day of the month following its activation. For example, if a SIM card is activated on the 15th of March, it will be considered activated on the 1st of March.

    • IoT Wallet

  • Data usage is charged to your IoT wallet pay-as-you-go per kB. SIMs are pooled.
  • Wallet credit is valid for 365 days. With every top-up, the existing credit's validity is extended by another year.
  • Service Fee: For active SIMs, the service fee is charged at the end of each month for the next month.
  • Our SIMs provide access to five coverage zones. The higher tiers have the added benefit of roaming in lower coverage zones for the data pricing of the specific zone they roam in.
